NICORETTE® QuickMist

When should I use Nicorette QuickMist?

If you can stop smoking, you should use Nicorette mouth spray, when needed, in place of cigarettes. As soon as you can (this could be after several weeks or months),you should start reducing the number of sprays until you have stopped using QuickMist completely. If you can t stop smoking or don t feel ready to quit, you should start by replacing as many cigarettes as possible with Nicorette QuickMist. You can then gradually replace more cigarettes when you feel ready. As soon as you are ready, you should aim to stop smoking completely. You can also use the mouth spray when you can t or don t want to smoke, such as when you re at a party, in the pub, or at work.

How Nicorette QuickMist works

Our Fastest craving relief

NICORETTE© QuickMist is a mouth spray designed to relieve the cravings and withdrawal symptoms that smokers can face when cutting out nicotine during an attempt to quit smoking. Sometimes referred to simply as NICORETTE© mouth spray, QuickMist is a portable, hand held mouth spray that starts to relieve cravings from just 30 seconds*1.

Suitable both for cutting down gradually and quitting abruptly, QuickMist works by releasing small amounts of nicotine when sprayed which is then absorbed into the body through the lining of the mouth.

How to use Nicorette QuickMist MouthSpray

1. Push the black button down until you can push it lightly inwards.

2. While pushing the button in, slide upwards and continue until the top of the dispenser locks into place.

3. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing the top firmly into a tissue until a fine mist appears. If you don’t use the spray for a couple of days, you may need to repeat this step.

4. Press the top of the dispenser firmly to release one spray into your mouth either under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek, avoiding your lips.

5. For best results, wait a few seconds before swallowing. Do not inhale the spray – it shouldn’t spray into your throat. The nicotine will pass rapidly into your body through the lining of your mouth, relieving your craving to smoke without giving you the “buzz” of smoking a cigarette.

6. To close the dispenser, slide the button down until it can be pushed lightly inwards. Then, while pushing in, slide down to lock.

Ready to quit smoking? Use the spray whenever you feel the urge to smoke to help you quit for good. Over time, you’ll need to use the nicotine spray less in order to control your cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

If your cravings do not disappear with one spray, use a second one.

If you overuse QuickMist, you may experience side effects. The may include nausea, salivation, headaches, abdominal pain, sweating, hearing disturbance, diarrhea, dizziness, or weakness. If you get any of these symptoms, contact a doctor or your nearest emergency department as soon as you can.

Nicorette

I too have been using this for a long time now also. The company is gouging its users with such awful price rises over the last year. It has gone up on the over the years but in small increments which were understandable but in this last 12months it has become ridiculous. I would recommend it as a product to quit smoking but at these prices NO!!!

Rort

I have been addicted to this product for 13yrs , Yes get that Addicted I use one every 3 days which now is an expense that I can no longer afford . I have emailed the company at the last increase with an unsatisfactory reply. This product is addictive as all nicotine products Dress it up however they want . They rely on people being addicted to raise their profits

Too expensive

These are fantastic and make it so easy not to smoke however there is absolutely no way I’m going to pay $100 for a 3 pack. The price increase is nothing but price gouging at its finest. There are way more affordable alternatives to this overpriced rubbish thanks for providing the push I needed probably we all needed to go out and find them!

price gouge

The price rise over the last 12 months is nothing but a price gouge, far more than the inflation rise. Time to look elsewhere.

Expense will now mean I seek alternative

I have been using this product as an alternative to smoking, and have succesfully quit for 5 years now. The price point of a three pack now being $100 will now mean I can no longer afford these and will now just go cold turkey. Wishing they were still closer to the $60 point, though I understand inflation has increased cost, I can't imagine why this product has spiked in price so significantly.

Price

I did find the quickmist worked a treat but now they are stupidly over priced. This product is meant to help quit smoking. May as well use the nicotine bags you can buy online for $5 online from Sweden

Disgusting price increase and no response

Went to buy my regular 3 pack tonight and it's gone up to $100 I have noticed on these reviews the company hasn't responded to the complaints about the price hike which I think is disgusting I can afford 100 a week but principles won't let me Will be looking for alternative product tomorrow

Too expensive

I use Quick mist as I was a life time smoker. For me it was the answer to ridding my self of that foul habit. Like most people, I am only human and can get the cravings to smoke at times when Under stress etc. Quickmist has successfully allowed me to continue to be a none smoker, until just recently. Chemist warehouse now charge just Under $100.00 For a pkt of three. I understand about market forces and the price that people are prepared to pay,but to be royally shafted is another thing. It's my personal choice to top up occasionally I know that. But really when your government makes you a pariah and the pharmaceutical companies take advantage that goes beyond morality. I know this is not likely to be seen on a review, but it's better out than in.
