NICORETTE® QuickMist

When should I use Nicorette QuickMist?

If you can stop smoking, you should use Nicorette mouth spray, when needed, in place of cigarettes. As soon as you can (this could be after several weeks or months),you should start reducing the number of sprays until you have stopped using QuickMist completely. If you can t stop smoking or don t feel ready to quit, you should start by replacing as many cigarettes as possible with Nicorette QuickMist. You can then gradually replace more cigarettes when you feel ready. As soon as you are ready, you should aim to stop smoking completely. You can also use the mouth spray when you can t or don t want to smoke, such as when you re at a party, in the pub, or at work.

How Nicorette QuickMist works

Our Fastest craving relief

NICORETTE© QuickMist is a mouth spray designed to relieve the cravings and withdrawal symptoms that smokers can face when cutting out nicotine during an attempt to quit smoking. Sometimes referred to simply as NICORETTE© mouth spray, QuickMist is a portable, hand held mouth spray that starts to relieve cravings from just 30 seconds*1.

Suitable both for cutting down gradually and quitting abruptly, QuickMist works by releasing small amounts of nicotine when sprayed which is then absorbed into the body through the lining of the mouth.

Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. Stop Smoking Aid.

How to use Nicorette QuickMist MouthSpray

1. Push the black button down until you can push it lightly inwards.

2. While pushing the button in, slide upwards and continue until the top of the dispenser locks into place.

3. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing the top firmly into a tissue until a fine mist appears. If you don’t use the spray for a couple of days, you may need to repeat this step.

4. Press the top of the dispenser firmly to release one spray into your mouth either under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek, avoiding your lips.

5. For best results, wait a few seconds before swallowing. Do not inhale the spray – it shouldn’t spray into your throat. The nicotine will pass rapidly into your body through the lining of your mouth, relieving your craving to smoke without giving you the “buzz” of smoking a cigarette.

6. To close the dispenser, slide the button down until it can be pushed lightly inwards. Then, while pushing in, slide down to lock.

Ready to quit smoking? Use the spray whenever you feel the urge to smoke to help you quit for good. Over time, you’ll need to use the nicotine spray less in order to control your cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

If your cravings do not disappear with one spray, use a second one.

If you overuse QuickMist, you may experience side effects. The may include nausea, salivation, headaches, abdominal pain, sweating, hearing disturbance, diarrhea, dizziness, or weakness. If you get any of these symptoms, contact a doctor or your nearest emergency department as soon as you can.

Great product but betting ridiculously expensive

Works great to kill cravings but the price has gotten out of hand with a triple pack now costing almost $100.....why?

Flavours are awful

I quit cigarettes after 25 years by moving to vapes, which resulted in intaking more Nicotine than ever. I was hopeful of Quickmist, especially when drinking/socialising - but the flavours are disgusting!!! Who wants a burst of menthol mint or - even worse - menthol berry while trying to enjoy a beer (yuck!!) - what a waste of money. I find the lozenges, while very inconvenient, a better option - but definitely not ideal to help during the times that the cravings and habit hit the hardest.

RBT positive

My partner has used this product for a number of years, definitely better than smoking, but struggles to let these go. More importantly, if you spray and then get breathalysed. You'll test positive. Test will be higher the sooner after the spray and if you've had a drink or two, this spray will push you over legal limit. Just beware!

Amazing result!

This is a game changer for quitting. Instant craving suppression makes distracting yourself really easy. I've had some hiccups as a side effect but nothing more. Highly recommended.

Quickmist worked but isn't cheap

I gave up smoking just over two years ago with the help of Nicorette quickmist, I am still using the quickmist after two years, I am highly addicted to the stuff, it has been an expensive habit buying a three pack once a fortnight and on the occasion having to buy extra single pack.
